Steve M. Windham, LLM, MBA, EA serves as a business consultant and financial expert for JKT Law Inc. JKT Law Inc collaborates with Mr. Windham on high-asset divorces, cases with complicated tax or accounting issues, and cases involving financial crimes. Mr. Windham provides international tax services to United States Citizens living abroad, including the filing of "expatriate" tax returns for wealthy individuals. Mr. Windham is an IRS Enrolled Agent able to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Bio
Steve has been an IRS Enrolled Agent since 2008. He is a credentialed educator. He enjoys teaching accounting and business to adult students. He has taught Accounting I, Accounting II, Accounting III, Accounting Systems, Business Math, CTEC Tax Preparer, Spreadsheets for Accounting, and Survey of Financial Crimes, among many other subjects.

While teaching accounting and business is Steve’s passion, he also is very passionate about tax audits. Steve fights hard for his clients, and has saved his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in audits and collections with the IRS and various other tax authorities.

Steve holds numerous Associate degrees, a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies, a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Taxation, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA).

In Steve’s spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, pets, and friends. He is an avid walker/hiker, drone pilot, photographer, and book reader.
