Cancellation Policy
Reservation Policy At JKT Law Inc., all legal consultations must be booked through advance payment. By making a reservation, the client agrees to the following terms: Reservation Confirmation: The consultation is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Cancellations and Refunds: Once a reservation is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling: If the client cannot attend the consultation at the scheduled date and time, they may request a rescheduling at least 2 hours in advance of the appointment. Rescheduling requests must be made through [email/phone/platform]. Failure to notify within the required time will result in the appointment being considered forfeited, with no right to refund or rescheduling. Punctuality: Clients are expected to join the consultation on time. Any delay on the client’s part will not extend the duration of the consultation. Changes by JKT Law Inc.: In exceptional cases, JKT Law Inc. reserves the right to reschedule the consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the client.
